With an unwavering commitment to healing, she pursued formal studies in Ayurvedic medicine. She combines traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern healthcare, offering a holistic approach that extends far beyond individual consultations. Her mission is to bring the benefits of Ayurveda to a global audience.

Currently, Dr. Pandey serves as the Head Consultant at Sri Tatva, Paris, France, where she offers Ayurvedic consultations and delivers talks across Europe, including countries like Germany and Bulgaria. Her passion for promoting Ayurveda globally has led her to work on international platforms, collaborating with organizations like the Ministry of External Affairs in Germany. She has had the honour of presenting alongside the World Health Organization (WHO) to promote Ayurveda on a global stage. Dr. Pandey has also led consultations organized by the Indian Embassies in Berlin and Paris. As the main speaker, she delivered a talk on "Ayurveda in France: A Practitioner’s Perspective" in Paris, helping to promote a deeper understanding of Ayurveda internationally. Additionally, she presented on "Bhagavad-Gita & Ayurveda" at an event organized by the Indian Conservatory of Paris, under the patronage of the Indian Embassy in France.
In addition to individual consultations, Dr. Pandey is dedicated to raising awareness about Ayurveda, particularly in areas such as Ayurvedic nutrition (Aahara), women’s health, and mental health.
